The same company but different way of working!!

I work for an international elevator company and during my stay here in Canada I'm comparing experiencies in the Vancouver's Office to Brazil.

The most amazing thing is that here they have differente procedures in their activities and they are surprised by the way we work in Brazil.

I thought that I would ask them a lot of things until I bothered them but what's happening is the opposite. They are asking me more question than I couldn't imagine.
